These Yoga classes are designed to help you shift gears...wind down....calm and sooth the mind as well as stretch and strengthen the body.
Classes are designed with options and modifications as to be accessible to many levels of practice. Each class includes a restful meditation/savasana period.
If you can attend live – please do! There is a lovely benefit to practicing together. But if not, that’s fine too – I will send out a link to the recording to all registered students every Wednesday. You can access these recordings whenever you want, even after the sessions have ended.
